My daughter is getting married in 2 weeks and she knew what she wanted. We had a wait of 30 mins and she is a wiz on clearance racks. Found several but the one she chose was one that didn't look so great on the rack, but when she put it on oh my that dress was waiting there just for her. She is going to be one beautiful bride.. thank u David's bridal for all the help u hgave ur girls know how to work it out. It was a wonderful experience.
Wow! I went to the south store last weekend and had a horrendous experience. Came to the north store today and you wouldn't even know t was the same company! First, Jessie at the front desk was so accommodating! She squeezed me in last minute when she heard about my terrible experience (and the others I had at other boutiques in Austin earlier today). Customer service means everything to me (25+retail management) and Amon is absolutely amazing. It didn’t matter our budget or the fact that we were not planning on buying since your sale ended on Wednesday. Amon just pulled dress after dress and no matter what she was so positive with my daughter. Amon found my daughters dream dress that we could not pass up! This employee is professional, attentive and a valuable asset to your company.
I had a really good experience here. Better customer service than the smaller boutique I went to later on.
I found my wedding dress today at David's bridal woodbridge and my consultant was Gwen, she is absolutely wonderful! She pulled all the dresses that were the style that I was interested in and put different accessories with it to make it pop! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and ask to see Gwen!
