First time bride who knew little to nothing about wedding dress shopping, yes, that was me! Stacy Baker made it such an awesome experience for me! I used the David's Bridal mobile app (which that could use some help) and they had already printed out my favorites when I got to the appointment. Only 9 of the 29 I selected (again the app has issues, not the people) but it got the job done. I found dresses that I had selected and in my size! Score!!! I had a great experience at the Tampa location shopping for a dress for my son's wedding. Everyone I encountered was helpful, professional and cheerful. I'm not really into shopping so I was prepared for it to be work. Mary at the desk, and Star who helped me select dresses really made it a pleasure. It turns out I DO like shopping!

Amber made my first experience of trying on dresses so much fun and calmed all the nerves I had. I was so anxious about not finding my dress and was nervous that nothing would look good on me. I had the time of my life and I’m so thankful for the customer service I encountered. She was very encouraging and made me laugh the whole time. This girl is awesome!!!
