After two previous horrible encounters with your associates at your Mckinley Pkwy location in Blasdell NY where the staff had me and another bride finding, pulling, and getting ourselves into our own dresses, clipping the dresses and accessorizing ourselves while staff members stood around and joked with one another and never once offered to help, I was expecting very little from my appointment in Tonawanda...and I was WRONG. Honestly I visited other David's Bridal but this is the one I HAD to come back to. I loved the customer service. The wedding consultant named Natalie, is the best. She helped me the first time and the second time we went, she saw my vision and help me get the dress of my dreams. Each dress I tried on was in my price range and concluding down to the top number 1! <3 I'm so happy to have my dream dress.
My stylist was amazing! I found the right dress and I loved how patient and nice she was!!!!!!!!
I came in to this location this past Saturday with my whole family and bridesmaids to pick my wedding dress and Kim was absolutely amazing. She actually picked the dress out that I ended up choosing. She was very sweet, supportive, and listened to what I wanted and found the perfect dress for me. She is awesome!! The entire staff made us all feel very welcome and we're very helpful.
I had a great experience at davids bridal today in Totowa! Alyssa who works at the desk when you enter was a fantastic help! I had an emergency looking for a new dress for my sisters wedding next month and I left the store with one I love! Alyssa helped me tremendously! Recommend this store to anyone.
My first experience was great when I selected my dress. I then ran in to problems. The first dress they ordered was totally the wrong size, the second one was still too big and when I was remeasured, they found the numbers way off. It took a third order of the same dress to get it right and it is 2 weeks until my wedding. It still has to be altered. We had an appointment for a wedding dress at 1:30 and we showed up 10 minutes early. They let us browse the store while we waited for a stylist. Lea was amazing! I don't know much about dresses but she was patient and kind with me. She listened to what we wanted and even tried to find good deals. Go see Lea. She is perfect.
I cannot express how wonderful my experience was at Davids Bridal in Mississauga. Laura helped me find my perfect dress as well as my bridesmaids dresses. She made the experience stressfree. Thank you so much Laura!!
