Nicole and the whole David Bridal team did a great job when i first came in, at the end of my rope for trying on wedding dresses. Nicole was efficient, genuine in her customer service,and styled me very well, i was pleased with the accents she added to my dress i chose. I needed shoes last minute for my daughter for a next day wedding and Courtney told me they were out of stock of the size I needed ,according to the computer. But, she double checked in the back and she found the size I needed. She saved my day. Awesome job!!
My daughter picked out her dress last November while she was in town,she lives out of state. The dress came in early and she scheduled and appointment for April to begin alterations.She went for another fitting in June. The dress was amazing and the alterations were done right the first time. My other daughter is a bridesmaid and her dress was also altered perfectly the first time. A huge shout out to Nghi Dao the seamstress. She did a fantastic job on both dresses. Had a great experience.
I didn't have an appointment, but they put me in as a walk-in so that I could try on some wedding dresses. The consultants were very helpful and knowledgeable with regard to sales that were goning on. I actually found my dress during that appointment! And here I thought I'd just be looking at them!
