Quick and painless! I made an appointment for first thing in the morning with a one day notice and we were greeted with friendly smiles. The only time we were left unattended was when the lady left to get the bridesmaid dress for me to try on. Once the sizing was finished we were sent to the front counter where they already had the information in to order! The ladies did an amazing job.

Ask for Kimberly! Most helpful and fun person to help you pick out you're perfect wedding dress! Made my Appt Online and they confirmed twice through email and over phone. It Was at 4:30 I got there early they were still help helping me pick out dress until ma. Kimberly the real fun began and I didn't leave to almost 8:30 and they helped me with my wedding dress flower girl dress and my bridesmaids dresses. RecommendedAlthough I was concerned about going back to David's after a not so great experience in Rockville, I can say that I was pleasantly surprised at the Springfield location. Erin was just what we needed - helpful, polite and informative. We were in search of a Jr Bridesmaid's dress and she found just the right one, gave us options and went the distance to make sure we found it in the right size and color - searching all over theUS. She found it in Canada! Very happy with the service in Springfield location.
