This is a large store, and professionally run. My appointment started on time and I was pleased with the selection of dresses. My bridal consultant, Julie was Awesome! She's an expert at pulling dresses that suit your body shape and personality. Thanks for a great experience, Julie!
Katie assisted me during our appointment at David's. She was fabulous.... Patient... Honest.... And fun!!! I tried on 7 dresses my MOH and I picked out... none of them were "the one". Katie grabbed a couple dresses she thought I would love, and one of them might be the one!!! I loved her enthusiasm and her kind soul.... she brought creative ideas into every dress I tried on. I went for my fitting today and it was such a good experience. I got there early, they took me right in and made my dress fit me really good. I was in and out in less than an hour!
I thought the customer service was great! I went to the one in Fresno, Ca and had Ashlynn as my consultant. She was very helpful with staying within my price range and finding dresses that had the different parts of the dress that I Loved. I was her only bride until about a hour in to my appt then she had another bride to attend to. I thought she did a great job going back and forth between the two of us. Ezme from the Hamilton location was helping us and she was absolutely fantastic - we chose a dress from the Special Occasions section and with 7 bridesmaids. She called every store and organized the correct sizes for everyone and set it up so we can go where we need to get it all!
