I want to give these ladies a special thank for helping me with my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses. The ladies in the Pineville location were very prompt,professional helpful and so sweet. The alteration ladies did a beautiful job on my gown.A special thanks to Samantha and Brittany.
Went wedding dress shopping for the first time today and I said tes to my dress!!! ALEX was AMAZING!!! We got along great! She was funny and got my family and I's sense of humor!!!!!! Thank you!!!!
My whole experience was great, but today in alterations after getting my bussles placed they were trying to fix an issue with my dress, after they figured out what needed to fixed I happen to notice something in the very front. It was a snag. � that accidentally got pulled when they were adjusting things. The girl was very apologetic but they didn't offer any discount or anything that could make up for the mistake. We had a lovely experience like always at David's Bridal! Brenda is a doll, and even though she was super busy, she still managed to make us feel important. Thank you for helping my mom, mother-in-law, and myself to find the perfect dress!
The woman in the alterations department (I think her name was Mal or Mel) was enormously helpful! My initial alterations weren't quite right, so she fixed it for me right away. I also expressed frustration that my undergarments weren't fitting right, and she added darts on them for me right then and there. She went above and beyond to make me feel happy with my dress, and I'm so grateful!
Linda and Nicole was the best they made my day and found my wedding dress. I tried the first one on and knew it was my dress. I didn't try any more on after that
Shout out to Chris who helped me find the dress! � She was super personable, sweet, helpful, and overall had a wonderful personality. Thank you for an amazing experience! � Also the manager, Sam, was very friendly and helpful and both ladies were very excited! Thank you for making dress shopping stress free and fun! �
