Everyone at David's Bridal was so friendly and very polite. I was very content and pleased with the young lady that helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding. I don't remember her name but she was so sweet and very very patient with me. She does her job well and I am so happy I choose David's Bridal. Today, I went in for alterations in the Johnson City, TN store. Donna in alterations was great!! She eased every concern I had about the dress! She even walked around the store to make sure the necklace I bought (but did not bring) would hang to the right length along my neckline with my A-line dress. Bess and Trish were my attendants and they absolutely made me feel like a princess! I originally had an appointment with Bess and she listened to everything I wanted. After leaving from my appointment, I returned to look at a specific dress once more to make up my mind. Trish was helping another bride and took the time out to make sure I had the best experience in deciding on that gown...which let me to my teary eyed bride moment! Everyone is so nice and professional here. Amazing service and beautiful store.
I found my wedding dress at Davids bridal in Forth worth. The managers and employees were all great. A fantastic work crew. Everyone there was very patient with me. Tram was my alternation specialist, she is a very sweet, hard worker, talented lady. She did an amazing job altering my wedding dress, which was very detailed with several layers. She did such a amazing job and made my dress fit perfectly. Thank you so much Tram for all your hard work! ❤️

I was nervous about finding my dress and was worried that I would have to go to soo many places but thankfully I decided to do davids bridal first and that was the best decision! Had a great time finding it and then when I got it fitted Laura I. did a fantastic job and made me feel beautiful! thank you to the whole staff!
I wish I could give a 100 star rating. It is all thanks to Ashley!!!! She is truly amazing!! She went above and beyond and past that to help me with my bridesmaid dresses. I had a unique situation for how fast my wedding is coming. She didn't let that be a problem at all. Understood me. I can't say how much I appreciate everything she did for me. She made sure everything was right for me. She needs employee of the year!!!!

Ashley was fabulous as we came early for our appointment ,even though she was busy she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Donna was so professional and warm and helped our daughter pick out her dream dress. Gwen was a perfect seamstress. Would recommend Davids since we had a very bad experience at Athena's where we had an appointment and they told my daughter just step into the dresses to try them on without any help and they were very rushed didn't feel the personal attention we got at David's and the selectio... read more
