We had a great experience. We didnt know we had to have an appointment, but luckily we showed up 30 minutes before one worker had and appointment. they was able to let my soon to be wife try on 6 dresses and find the perfect one! So amazed with the experience we had. And thank you to Annabelle for moving quickly to squeeze us in, and thank you too Dawn, the manager that gave the ok to let annabelle get us the right dress without an appointment!
I had a wonderful experience here! I had almost no idea what I was looking for, and my associate was eager to help me try on as many dresses as I wanted that were well within my price range. Several other associates stopped by my dressing room to tell me how lovely I looked in the dress I chose, and I left with the wedding dress of my dreams!

Went in and was seen within 5 min out of there in 30. They didn't have my dress there but they searched and was able to find it and get it to my no later than October. I was excited and left very happy

I rarely ever post reviews but good service deserves to be called out. I had an awful experience at another one of the DB stores and was hesitant in booking another appointment. But we were paired with Margaret, who was so warm hearted, patient and attentive. She listened to my ideas and budget, didn't push an agenda and made us feel comfortable from the beginning.
