Felicia was super accommodating when I called kind of frazzled and needed a dress in a short time frame. She helped me put the dress on hold to ensure I could get it the next day. When I got there, Johanna was super friendly and helpful when trying on my dress, and everything went SO smoothly! I could not have asked for an easier experience! Thanks again!

Everyone is so helpful. I have not had a bad experience yet and have been working with them for months. Our consultant Becky is the bomb. She helped my daughter find the perfect dress for her and her bridesmaids, even cried with us during the bell ring ceremony.
