I have gotten three prom dresses there and had each one altered. We live a distance away and they do theor best to accommodate us on the alterations. Our last one needed additional alterations and they were able to complete it immediately so we would not have to make another trip. They were kind and the ladies working with my daughter went above and beyond to give her their undivided attention.
The service was friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. Could not have asked for better help finding the perfect dress!!! Thank you so much.
The people are kind, caring and attentive. I cannot think of a better place to buy a gown then at David's Bridal. We are totally satisfied. I am glad though that I have only one daughter!
I went to the store twice. The first time with the bride. They didn't have any of the 8 dresses she wanted to try on, and the consultant was not listening to the bride. She didn't offer the Vera Wang bridesmaid dresses until I specifically asked. Once I got the dress I was looking for, ordering went smoothly. I've purchased a bridesmaid dress and my wedding dress at Davids bridal this year. Each time I've been in the store they have been nothing but nice. All representatives had smiles and were willing to help in any way. I'm short so but dresses needed alterations; the ladies there were wonderful too. I would HIGHLY recommend Davids Bridal to anyone looking for great customer service and a please t experience.
I had such a wonderful experience here. Both times I went each of the sales associates were so wonderful. I worked specifically with Valerie and Katie and I would highly recommend them and Davis's Bridal. Not only were they helpful and sweet I found the perfect dress and couldn't be happier!
