We are planning a wedding in three months and everything is moving fast and furious. The wedding colors have changed three times and the last change for sure spelled disaster in getting back dresses on time. My daughter and I walked in not expecting to be able to be seen. Not only did they fit us in, we HAD SUCCESS WITH THE DRESS. Rachel was our stylist and she was courteous, kind, engaging and was interested in what my daughter wanted. I was hesitant about going to this particular David's Bridal store because of some negative comments I read on their Facebook. When I got there I was greeted with cheerful smiles. My consultant Noelia was amazing ,knows her job and loves what she does. I work in the hospitality business and we have high standards on what giving excellent customer service is about.
