My daughter is getting married in June and we had an appointment with Helen as our stylist. Helen made this such a great and special experience for us, we love her! Since that day I've had two more appointments with her to buy my "mother of the bride " dress and dresses for 2 other weddings and every time I've been in the experience has been really nice. If you're planning on making an appointment, Helen is the girl to go to!
Although the place was packed and we had 3 bridesmaids + a flower girl trying on dresses together in one changeroom, we managed to only go over our one hour appointment by 15 minutes or so. The staff was super friendly and the way they framed the visit was very logical. They had us choose colours first, then styles, then we tried on dresses that fit those categories. Our experience there was really good , it was a very busy Saturday, and I thought our consultant did a wonderful job , she found dresses in my daughters price range and treated her with the utmost respect, she never got nervous or upset , even though my daughter would tell you she is hard to please , my daughter tried on many dresses and fell in love with the last one , when the seamstress came , she was very friendly, very informative and very helpful , my daughter walked out of there , very pleased and happy , thank you Da... read more
