The best experience, Alexis was very respectful of my budget and my choices and my time, she presented new information and then would give me the space I needed to make a decision. This incredible experience was also a relief, there is no pushing for sale or more expensive dress, she help me find the dress I had been looking for. I cannot express enough how wonderful, light, fun and fulfilling this experience was. Thank you Alexis for helping me say yes to the dress!!!

Thank you so much Delsia for all your hard work. My Daughter and I had an appointment in July and the dress was not completely finished. You calmed all our nerves and rescheduled us for august 18 @ 11am the computers were down, you were quick and we were in and out in a matter of seconds thank you again

I went in just to get an idea of what shape and style dress I would like. I worked with Irena and of all the dresses I picked, her suggestion was the one that made my mother, my best friend, and myself fall in love with a dress on the first time dress shopping. Thank you Irena and the whole staff. Everyone was pleasant and i got a high quality dress for a great price.

I bought my wedding dress (from the Metairie location) back in April--My Consultant, Kiva, was amazing! Yesterday, I went to get my dress altered. Bosma, was the one fitting me; she made my experience beyond perfect! Bosma went above and beyond to get my dress fitted, and my dress is not an easy dress to hem (lots of tulle). I felt very comfortable and satisfied with my dress in her hands! I would highly recommend Bosma for any alterations needed!!

I had booked an appointment for my wedding coming up in a few months. Mary helped me during my time there and she was wonderful. She was super accommodating since I was late by 5-10 minutes - since I live almost two hours away from here - but she was also very sweet.
