The only reason I am giving 4 stars its because of there high costs in alterations. But other than that the experience was fabulous. The lady that helped me pick my dress was so nice and made the experiece so beautiful. I found my dress in my first visit and never hesitated about my dress after that. The price was very good! The ladies at the alterations department were marvellous and did an explendid job on my dress. My only discomfort was the super high prices on alterations, I paid almost half of the price of my dress ... read more

I had the best, amazing, fun time today! My first bridal appointment. I thought I was going in there determined to purchase a certain dress and be done. I first met my consultant DIANA. She was very sweet, listened to exactly what I wanted. We picked out a few dresses. She picked out 1 for me to try on that she thought would be a good fit. I have had nothing but a good experience picking my dress out and getting it altered. There were a couple more tweaks needed after it was altered and they fixed it right then while I was looking at veils!

Our first visit I felt was a rush deal, but as I had to go get my final fitting and a dress for one of the bridesmaids that had a bad experience the first trip, the lady who did alterations was wondering and then a wonderful Stephanie was a great help finding a bridesmaids dress for the bridesmaid.
