This was by far the most accommodating Davids Bridal I have ever have been to. I didn't like the davids bridal that was closer to my house. So, I traveled about an hour to go to this location and it was worth every trip. The staff was very friendly and understanding of my needs. The manager was very professional. She definitely knows what she is doing while managing this store. My biggest stress was about my dress and all of the problems I had at the other store. My daughter went to try on wedding dresses Saturday and young lady Kendrah who was assisting my daughter was absolutely amazing. She listen to what my daughter wanted in a dress and picked out several gowns, helped my daughter feel at ease, beautiful and made it all about my daughters. My daughter found the perfect gown for herself.. but Kendra was so amazing with every detail of the dress, vail etc. My daughter looked absolutely beautiful trying on her gown for her special day. I started typing out my experience and realized it was way too long; this is the short version. Me and my besties (college girls) walked into the store not having a clue how dress shopping works. The ladies at the desk in front of the door were very condescending. We looked around a little bit and asked if we could try on a couple dresses; we were told we'd have to make an appointment. I had a fantastic experience during my visit to David's Bridal. Destiny was beyond amazing and helpful for the many hours I was there. I am still deciding between two dresses, however, I am one step closer to my final choice!
I had such a wonderful experience at the David's Bridal (5841 NW Loop 410). The Stylist named Karina T. went above and beyond. She was very professional and personable.... She really helped me with all of my questions that ultimately led me to finally saying YES to the dress. Thank you Karina!! 💙
