I had a wonderful experience on a busy Saturday. Yes I did have to wait for about 30 min after my appointment was supposed to start but I didn't care I understand people get behind, we are human. I wouldn't recommend someone going to find the dress of their dreams in a hurry anyway. The woman who helped me was absolutely amazing. She made me very comfortable and I felt like we were friends before I left. I had an absolutely wonderful fitting with Celida in Alterations. She was so warm, welcoming, reassuring and sweet. From the moment I arrived she made clear what to expect, she offered me to take a break if i was tired of standing, etc. Along with Sonia they accommodated my concerns over some health issues with style and grace. In January i found a dress that I absolutely fell in love with. My wedding is next month... i tried my dress on yesterday and it didnt fit :( I called Davids in a panic. They not onlu got me in same day but did everything we could to make the dress work. Alterations told me they could try but no guarantee. I was so devastated HOWEVER Caitlin made some calls and I was able to order the same dress ! Seriously Davids saved me from my first wedding disaster
My daughter and I came here after visiting the Saugus or Danvers store. The layout of the store is more pleasing. The lighting is perfect (this is important as we all know that if stumble into bad lighting nothing looks good on you). The employees couldn't have been any more helpful. Like all of them. I had such an amazing and painless experience at this location today! I have tried on, at least, 40 dresses from different bridal shops, but today was, by far, the best experience I've had yet! My consultant, Melanie, was patient, honest, and very considerate of what I wanted. I will admit, I was very hesistant to go to David's Bridal, because of horror stories I'd heard before, but I'm so glad I decided to go today! I highly recommend going to this location, and if you can, please see Melanie! She was so amazing!
