Although I agree that the David's bridal in Colonie is mass confusion on weekends and you do feel overwhelmed, I want to say what a wonderful experience my daughter and I have had working with Maria in alterations. She really knows what's going on even when others employed there do not. She's professional, polite and very personable. Working with her has made our bridal shopping a more pleasurable experience. My stylist was Carol and we had an absolute blast. My friend and I went in on a whim (on a Sunday no less) on the off chance they'd be able to fit me in. The front desk person was super welcoming and able to squeeze me in by pushing Carol's lunch back (sorry Carol!!). I went to David's Bridal to look for a prom dress for my daughter. After initially being treated poorly by the woman at the desk who was rude and nearly unintelligible because of her accent and attitude I found Torrey! She was gracious and helpful! She helped my daughter find a dress that she loved. She was friendly and outgoing! She made myself and my daughter glad that we went to David's Bridal!I would highly recommend Torrey she was truly a pleasure to work with!!!
