My daughter is the bride and our consultant was Lisa and she is wonderful!! She listened to what my daughter was looking for, she was extremely attentive, she offered excellent suggestions, she has an eye for what would look good and broadened my daughter's scope of what would look good on her. I went today with my future daughter in law to look for her dress. Her mother passed away several years ago and her father didn't want to come so I knew this was going to be a difficult day for her. Julia was our consultant and she was absolutely amazing!! Went to try on wedding dresses with my mom on Saturday morning right when they opened. Was the first time I ever tried any on and wasn't sure what styles/colors/fabrics would work best. Didn't end up getting one that day, even though there was one I really liked...still a lot of time for me to search. I had my very first bridal gown consultation this past weekend and my stylist, Nora, was so sweet and super helpful! After a couple questions she understood exactly what I was looking for, and also offered some great suggestions for veils and accessories. My experience here was nothing short of wonderful! I was running a little late, as soon as I come off ramp to enter the highway there was an accident and traffic was at a standstill😟. I called to let them know that I would be a little late due to traffic and the replied with "no worries, See you when you get here!" Once I arrived, everyone was great, professional and attentive! Tam in alterations is who I worked with once my dress came in. She added a beautiful black tulle ruffle and changed the bodice for me. She did a spectacular job and in a very short amount of time too. I would definitely recommend her for anyone getting alterations at the Phoenix location.
