These ladies were so great!!!! I had to exchange my bridesmaids dress with only 5 days to the wedding date and they were very accommodating. The store manager Kelly went above and beyond to help me get this dress for my mom's wedding. Thanks to her I won't goof up my mom's big day by busting out of my dress. Thank you Kelly!!!!!�
I wanted to give a big shout out to the whole staff at David's Bridal. I am just a few months months away from my wedding and any brides worst nightmare came true... The dress doesn't fit. I came back to the store only to find the wrong size dress and undergarments were ordered for me by someone who did not work at that location. The experience was awesome. The dress selection was great, which made picking the right/best dress a challenge. They were all so beautiful. Think my excitement went up a notch. It's more real now!
I had the most enjoyable experience today, as, well as all of us ladies as we got our bridesmaid dresses, shoes and more! Kim was so helpful, kind ,funny understanding of what we needed and without hesitation she was running around getting whatever we wanted. She had great suggestions and helped us all the way through. I recently broke my foot very badly and have to use either crutches or a knee scooter through the wedding. Obviously when I purchased my dress months ago this wasn't a factor. Everyone I worked with in the store was just amazing and really went the extra mile to help me get my dress ready for the big day. This includes the woman who helped me with accessories, the store manager and most of all the amazing seamstress who made sure I'd be able to make it down the aisle! I can't recommend the Green Bay store more.
I scheduled an appointment never having tried on a wedding dress. But thanks to Joanna for being such an amazing consultant, I said YES to the dress! She was incredibly helpful, supportive, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress! Your dedication and knowledge of what you do were key to this successful day.
