I give them 3 stars. I came in to buy a maternity bridesmaid dress. I was comfortable in a 10, considered getting a size 12, considered... the consultant pushed me to order a 14! I'm normally a size 4 or 6 in regular clothing. When I came back to get alterations, the alterations lady asked me why I would order such a big size and that I should have gotten a 10. When I originally bought my dress over a year before my wedding, my sales associate didn't really help me because she was spread so thin between so many brides but I ended up finding a dress that I fell in love with and ended up purchasing. I received the email for pick up and even a courtesy phone call to let me know that I was in. Fast forward to 6 months before my wedding when I found out I was pregnant. Lindsay B. did an awesome job helping me find a dress for my sisters wedding on some what of short notice. I never felt pressured, and I feel that s her opinion was sincere with the various dresses I tried on. I never felt rushed. Megan was great!! She went over and beyond so helpful. Even found what i needed.
I came here twice for bridal shopping, twice for mother if the bride shopping and havr gone to both of my fittings. Everyone here is so friendly, and helpful. A few times our appointments went over the allotted time, but no one rushed us. The women in alterations are patient and helpful as well teaching us how to bustle my gown. Love this store!
Very helpful rep. But they didn't have too many plus sizes in the styles that I wanted.
