My dress was perfect. Staff was very helpful and nice.
I came in yesterday to find my dress (my wedding is in 2 months) I was a bit intimidated thinking I wouldn't find something I liked at the price I was willing to pay. Seamstress Donna really rocks she is so nice and pays attention to those little details ... she saved my dress and made me laugh through the process .
On Saturday July 29th 2017 I worked with the Brandy!! She was amazing she helped me find the perfect dress! When I first walked in I was so overwhelmed the staff was super friendly and helpful and greeted me right away! I had made an appointment so they got me all checked in and instead of diving into a sea of dresses they gave me a book and post it notes to mark dresses I liked, that right there took so much stress off me! I found one dress online and new I just had to try it on. They saved it for me until I could get there and were very accommodating at the appointment I made. Very friendly, easy-going and never once pressured me into anything. I've been into other David's Bridal and they were awful (poor service). I would recommend Eau Claire to everyone!
Had an awesome experience! I found the perfect dress even though I only had 2 dresses to choose from... My consultant was dotty! She was super cute and super nice!! My only thing is she spent a alot more time with the other bride than me and I didn't like feeling like I had to share the "attention" so to speak... The best part was that I got to ring the bell to say I said yes to the dress!!!!! I got a great deal on my dress to I think it was originally 400$ and got it for 99$.
