I absolutely loved my experience at David's Bridal !!! Rachel was so patient and kind, look for her when you're there.
My appointment went well, and I was able to start early. The selection of gowns seemed very outdated to me - it didn't seem like the gowns were up-to-pace with the modern styles you find many other places. The bathroom was awful and so gross with no toilet paper or paper towels. During my 2 hour visit I had to use it twice but would have rather used an porta-potty I believe. I went dress shopping last week and had the most wonderful experience! I was really nervous about going shopping as I had no idea what to expect. Kathleen was amazing and even printed all of my favorites from the David's Bridal app. She was very patient and kind and it was fun chatting with her about wedding preparations and the dresses. I had a wonderful time and got my dream dress for an excellent price! I'm looking forward to working with Kathleen and David's Bridal again for my bridesmaids' dresses.
I loved my experience with David's Bridal. It was a lot more low pressure and less expensive than the boutique bridal stores. They didn't pressure me to choose a dress as happened at other places and helped me find exactly what I wanted. They helped me find the dress, slip, veil, and other items I needed or might have forgotten about. The alterations department were pros as well.
