I made an appointment and was not disappointed one bit! There was a beautiful selection and the staff was lovely 💕 We had Tiffani help my worrywort mom with her calming nature, Maddie as my warm and sweet stylist, and Lana as my streamstress (and great conversationalist)
Very prompt and helpful. Keya helped me and was able to fit me quickly.
Nicole was very patient with me I never felt rushed, nor did she try to talk me into buying the more expensive dress! Thank you Nicole for all your help!
Beth and I were extremely pleased with Brittany. She helped us on Monday, July 24, 2017 at the Kennesaw location. She listened to us, let Beth look around and never tried to pressure us into anything. She stayed within our budget and also was able to help Beth with different styles and why they would or wouldn't look good on her. She was able to help Beth get a wedding dress and a rehearsal dinner dress in about 1 hour. Beth found her dress and it fit perfectly - with the exception of needing to be hemmed. Everyone really did above and beyond in helping me in the best way they could. Rachel was super great and always available to help and provided support when I needed it. I must admit I was worried about coming here because in the past I heard such bad reviews prior. I am so glad I gave them a chance!
So the only reason I give a four and not a five is because my experience with them was horrible until I met shauna. I told my self I would never spend anymore money with them after my wedding was done, but now that I have met shauna she has changed my whole opinion. I will only work with her.
