Bought my dress in 2013...wedding was delayed until 2017 and I have lost a considerable amount of weight! The staff at David's Bridal was amazing and was able to exchange my dress for the exact dress in a WAY smaller size! They also had some alternate options for me just in case they couldn't get my dress; which they didn't have to do but it just shows they believe in great customer service...I just had my fitting and their alteration staff was amazing as well!! I can't wait to see my dress once they are finished with it!

Nina helped me today and she was simply awesome! If I could give her 100 stars I would! I’ve been back and fourth changing my dress n veil 3 times! Every time I came back I was welcomed with open arms, she was patient and so sweet. Anyone would have probably not been so understanding. But she was so understanding of my wedding situation. Great experience with pleasant & helpful staff. Definitely a good place to find a dress.
When I went to get my wedding dress back in February it was super busy, I couldn't get back and forth to my dressing room. My consultant was nice but not fully interested in me bc she had other brides. I felt rushed & that sucked. Went back for bridesmaid dresses, again busy, for 8 bridesmaids we had one room. (While others were open) Again the consultant wasn't interested and she didn't do anything for us. I picked all the dresses. Today I went back to actually purchase the bridesmaid dresses and have all my girls try them ... read more
Jennifer took wonderful care of me when I went to purchase my mother-of-the-groom dress. She found me the perfect dress and it didn't even require any alterations. Also, thank you Briana. She was very helpful, as well.
