Great customer service. They call for reminders and always greet you with a smile. As far as price goes, I got the dress of my dreams plus alterations for around $1k. That's still a lot, but in comparison to other places it was the best deal.
Amanda was a wonderfully helpful consultant at my appt. Wish it was clearer on the website that appt are required for brides to try on dresses, would have saved me a trip across the river just to book an appointment for another day.
I had a really good experience. The staff and manager were great and the alterations went really well. The only thing I wish they had done was wjen I was on my way out. I was carrying my large heavy dress and the ladies up front just watched and said " what should I do with my last 15 mins of work?" I was clearly struggling and it would have been nice if they had opened the door and helped me put my gown in my car since I was by myself. Other than that it was a good experience!
My mom and I went to David's Bridal yesterday, and I said yes to the dress. Miss Debbie was so sweet and so encouraging. Every dress I tried on she was sure to give me the best feedback on. And an honest one at that. We hadn't planned on going in, but I am so glad that we did! I can't thank the ladies there enough!
My dress is bought! Had great service and the manager was wonderful ! Can't wait to wear my wedding dress on the beach!
Carmen is the best!!!!! She saved my wedding day. She found 8 bridesmaids dresses scattered all over the US that had been discontinued and had them delivered within 7 days! We stopped in to try a few on a Saturday and I knew she would be busy but she still accommodated us perfectly and was such a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much! Everything was beautiful!
