Thank you so much to the David's Bridal and the Alterations team!! I called with a Bridesmaid Emergency....the zipper split just as about to get into the limo to head to the ceremony. We pulled in..with the limo. I ran into the store. The ladies in the back snipped off the dress and I was handed a new one and sent on my way! I can't not say thank you enough for everything you did to help make my sisters wedding amazing!! AMAZING!!!��

On my first visit, I visited the Mansfield location and the service was horrible. Nobody was willing to help so I walked out. The next day I went to the Dublin store for one more try and was helped the very second I walked in the door. Lizzie was my girl that took care of me and she was absolutely wonderful! Me and some of my bridesmaids went yesterday to look at dresses for them. They were very helpful in showing us styles and helping the girls get the dresses on and off. We all had a wonderful experience, the only issue now is to decide which dress I like best!
I walked in looking to see if any dresses were one sale. I found a dress off of the sale rack. Even though it was too big I still purchased it. After paying I spoke with one of the sales ladies to find out when someone from alterations would be in so I waiting until Monday after buying the dress on a Saturday evening to find out about having it taken in. I arrived on Monday and was taken back to alterations to see what could be done for me and how much it would cost. Lola was so sweet and took me right away to pin the dress ... read more
