I bought my dress at another location and brought it in for alterations. The seamstress was very pleasant and professional. My only complaint is the cost of alterations which will basically double the price of an already expensive dress and they are relatively minor in scope. Other reviews mention how crowed the store is and they are right about this. I was the first appointment in the morning and an hour later you literally could hardly move about in the store.
Had a great experience today while picking out a wedding gown. Neva was so helpful and genuinely interested in helping me pick out the perfect dress!
Had the most amazing experience. Sydney and Kim were simply the best, my family and myself had such an amazing time. We never felt rush and Sydney had so much patience with all of my families suggestions on dresses. I will forever be grateful.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. My consultant Jackie took the time to really listen to what i wanted and worked hard to stay in my budget. Even though she was super smamped with other brides she gave me great help. It was a very special day and i walked out with a dress i love thay fits great and not out of budget. Go Jackie!!! 👏👏🎉🎉🎉💖💖
I enjoyed my time. My salesperson was so helpful. She showed me a variety of dresses to help me find what was best for me. I do recommend going in on a week day if you can. I had my first alteration appt on a Saturday and it was busy. You will get better customer service during the week when they are less swamped. Also, make an appointment if you can.
