Dress fitting was scheduled when I purchased my dress. Today was the day, everything was on time and I even found a dress for my mom. The seamstress was very knowledgeable and really looked at every detail.. my only complaint is when you spend so much on a dress and alterations, I would think the garment bag would be included for free. The Bay includes them for dress for bridesmaids.
I had the best bridal experience! Pam helped me with picking out and trying on dresses. She was a tremendous help and made me feel very comfortable. I chose my bridal gown that day thanks to Pam and her incredible customer service! I recently went to have my alterations done and the lady who helped (I unfortunately don't remember her name) with that knew exactly what she was doing. Sarah was amazing and helped me both times I've visited. Found my dress last night, after almost deciding on another. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful and was so welcoming and warm. Could not have had a better experience!
I had an appointment today to look for my wedding dress and I can honestly say I was completely please with the friendly staff and Catherine B was amazing. Catherine was just very friendly and very helpful I couldn't have done it without her. I got my wedding dress and I am so thankful for all your help..

Anne was my consultant yesterday and picked the most beautiful dress for me! She was funny, sweet and interacted with my huge entourage of family that I brought along! She definitely made my experience memorable and less stressful!
