Jillian was very accommodating. She listened closely to what I wanted and would bring back several options that fit the style I wanted in a wedding dress. She also didn't seem to mind when I tried on several dresses but went with my second dress she had me try on.
This place is amazing Abby was the woman that helped me and she knew just want I was looking for. I found the most amazing dress yesterday and my wedding is this Saturday!!

I had an awesome experience today looking for a bridal dress, and I found it! I did have a budget, but when I didn't like any of the dresses in my size in that budget, my consultant showed me dresses from the pictures she seen of what I had saved from the website. She actually showed me a dress that I had saved and that ended up being the dress I bought! I am so excited and very happy with my experience.
Very helpful, my girls tried on tons of dresses! We finally narrowed it down and with such short ordering time I was worried but they have assured me the dresses will be here in time for the wedding!! Lots of help with style and colors just what I needed.

My two MOH's and I had a great experience. Kim was our consultant and she was amazing, very patient and helpful !!! She listened to us and made us feel very relaxed and made it such a memorable time! We all said yes to a dress with her ! Thanks Kim!!
I had a problem where a dress I ordered was made wrong. The ladies when I went in one evening were kind and very helpful. Their customer service was excellent. When I went back to pick up my re-order, still unhappy with. The ladies on the afternoon shift, not so caring and helpful. It was like the "oh well" response. Not rude, except for the look on the face of lets just call her "red lipstick". Never that location again. Hannah was absolutely wonderful this past Sunday. She knew what she was talking about and helped me find my wedding dress! � very professional and took even better care of me then when I went to the oxford location.
They are fantastic, caring, amazing, and knowledgeable people. I had Didi and Suzy help me find my perfect dress. Very excited and pleased with the people and experience.
