I went today 5/7/17 and had already picked out my dress online that I loved. Unfortunately it wasn't in stock at this store BUT I'm so glad it wasn't � Melissa worked with me to find the perfect dress �. Melissa was wonderful, encouraging and very very helpful. I went here yesterday and it was exactly what I was looking for when trying to find my wedding dress. My consultant was the best! Two of the dresses I really wanted to try they didn't have so she went and found the closest dresses she could. She was great at helping me get into my dress making sure I was comfortable in it before going out and asking me all sorts of questions about the wedding. She found a veil that matched the lace on my favorite dress and even brought jewelry out for my mother to choose from. She made me fe... read more
Juliette was there to help us and she was amazing. She looked at us and knew what sizes we would need to try. She was back and forth between clients which was fine with us because we were only looking for us bridesmaids. The only down side to it was that in order to do a payment plan for the bridesmaid dress was we had to apply for the davids bridal card or pay it all upfront. I had a wonderful experience with Allie picking out my wedding dress. She was so nice and helpful. Definitely would go back if it was with her. As for my bridesmaids and flower girl, I think Alexa could have been more welcoming. Everything i chose for them she would immediately tell me it couldnt be done and she stayed on her ipad the whole time without helping my girls. I chose to go somewhere else with them because of her being rude.
