I had a wonderful experience selecting my dress. I feel beautiful .
I went there yesterday to look for my wedding dress, Kat was my consultant and she was AWESOME!!!! Very helpful and made the whole experience fun and easy. I highly recommend her
I enjoyed my consultant she was extremely helpful due to me not being able to stand for long. The only problems I had was my shoes were to small but you all exchanged them no problem, the dress was ordered a size 12 instead of 14 but that is ok too thanks to your very wonderful alterations department. The really only thing that upset me to tears was I was excited to find the dress, and a sash belt I didn't look at the price of the sash which was 139.99 and brought it home to see some of the jewels were falling off. I was very nervous about finding my dress because my mind was everywhere with dresses! I had 8 people with me and was very stressed. Once I met my dress consultant, Kathleen, I knew she would help me but I wasnt sure how much. She then told me I only had 1 1/2 hours to find my dress, my stress level went up even higher. I didn't even think I was going to find my dress. She knew just what to do! SHE WAS AMAZING! She helped me so much and my stress level went completely down. The whole experience was amazing from the second we walked in the door. Jessica was AWESOME! She knows her stuff and was so incredibly sweet. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I was able to find my perfect dress very quickly. Overall a wonderful and memorable experience for my entire group. Without question going back to see Jessica when it's time for bridesmaids dresses.
Had an great time trying on bridesmaid dresses yesterday Joanna was so kind and friendly she even assured the bride who had an awful experience elsewhere that she's beautiful and to not let a bad experience put a damper on her special day. It was amazing to see thank you !!!
