I worked with Melissa at the Novi location and she was AMAZING. I went in with my maid of honor and bridesmaids just looking for ideas for styles and fits for bridal gowns. I ended up buying one the same day because I fell in love. She made it easy and comfortable to try on different styles and was helpful with any questions I had. She was able to make suggestions about accessories, different styles, and colors. I would recommend her to anyone looking for bridal or bridesmaid dresses! Agata (the manager) is very attentive and easy to work with. The bridal experts are friendly and gave me a varity of dresses to try on. The last one was my absolute favorite!
The Bridesmaid dress I bought needed alterations and David's Bridal did a great job!! I was really happy, thank you!! The staff were really helpful and they really tried to make sure the dress fit me like a glove and I really felt like the staff wanted me to truly look good !! :)
I've had nothing but excellent service with this store. My consultant Kassidy S was fabulous. She listened to everything I wanted and didn't want in a dress and pulled exactly what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable. I even drove back to this store (1 hour away, and there is a closer location) for my bridesmaids and Flower girl dresses just to work with her again.
Today I went to David's bridal and I had the opportunity well let me say I had the blessing of having the consultant by the name of Christina she was wonderful. She was patient, kind and very attentative the Lord saw favor in her that she should be my consultant.
