I worked with Seaira on my visit to the Charlotte location and she was awesome! She got me to try styles I hadn't even considered and those ended up being my favorite dresses that I tried on. Thanks so much!
We had a prom dress emergency yesterday and drove 80 miles to go to David's Bridal. From my first contact with them over the phone I knew that everything was going to turn out great. Everyone in the shop made my daughter feel so special, like she was the only one there even though she wasn't. She tried on 7-8 dresses and we found the perfect dress. The young lady helping us even helped her with what bra she needed for the dress. Our experience was so perfect and I am so extremely thankful.
My initial appointment was wonderful, I can't remember my consultant's name but she was very helpful & encouraging. I found the dress I wanted which happened to be the only one in the store. It had a pink tag which they explained to me that I couldn't take it like I wanted to that day so other brides could try it on, no big deal. Fast forward to picking the dress up, I was called to come get it and I came a couple of days later, considering I don't live in Lexington but it's the closest store to me. The service from the representative was excellent. The dress is beautiful. I was pleasantly provided for.
Worked with Regena and had a great experience! Was super last minute on looking for my (bridal) dress and all the bridesmaids dresses but they really made an effort to help us! They even stayed like an hour after closing both times we went! At the end of the day, I'm in love with my dress & the bridesmaid dresses AND the dresses got here EARLY! Shocking since we're in prom season!
