Purchased my daughter's wedding gown here & my mother of the bride dress. We were so very blessed to have Jeffrey from day one. We scheduled our bridesmaids dress appt on a Sat which we already knew would be crazy. However, we took the advice of Jeffrey and it was a wonderful experience!!! I made an appointment a week in advance and arrived 15 minutes early. The staff was nice, but I found it disappointing that no one seemed to know which stylist was going to help me. The stylist that helped got to me about 10 minutes after my appointment time started and she was really nice. The only opportunity I really had with her was that she said she would add the dress, flower girl dress, and tiara I picked out to my favorites on my Davids Bridal account, but she still hasn't. Our consultant was great and helped us find the dresses in no time at all! However, it was so busy that we had 6 girls to only one change room and when we went to pay the debit/credit card machines were down and everything was being done manually. We were not told this until we went to pay, had we been told in advance we could have filled in paperwork while we waited. Also, we were inconvenienced by having to go back to make payments and get our receipts once the machines were working. I understand that things happen but th... read more
Sonya was absolutely amazing! She has a tradition where it's either the first or last dress that her brides try on and she nailed it! The first dress was the winner and she glammed me up right! Such a wonderful person and awesome to work with! Sonya is the best!
