This was the third David's Bridal store we had visited. One in NH, one in FL and this one in W. Springfield. All three stores had staff that was pleasant to work with. We had made appointments at two of the stores. In NH we had two appointments at different times one was for the bride and the other for two of the bridesmaids. My appointment was at 6pm. I arrived on time and my associate ready for me. She was attentive and made great suggestions as well. I purchased my dress the same day.
Great store. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Always enjoy my visits. The alterations ladies are great to work with. They know what needs to be done and their work is wonderful. Thank you for a great place to shop for a wedding dress and/ or a formal attire.

We love Rachel!!! She is always willing to help us and she is always smiling! She helped with my dress, my mom's dress and both of my girls dresses for my brothers wedding. I recommend everyone to David's Bridal and Rachel.
The employees are helpful and price of dresses isn't bad. But the price for alterations is astronomical, absolutely ridiculous. To alter the dress cost more than the dress itself.
I had an appointment today, my consultant was Michelle Miller. She was so patient, kind, and helpful.
Jessica was fantastic! I am not one of those ladies who has had their wedding planned even before they met their partner, and even now I'm stumbling my way through the rest of the details. Jessica however, knew exactly what kind of questions to ask to help me find the dress I'm going to be happy with. The very first dress I tried on will be the dress I wear on the big day, (with a few flourishes that Jessica helped brainstorm as well!) Thank you David's Bridal and thank you Jessica!
