I first purchased my bridesmaid's dress in November. Excellent service all around. Had alteration appointment today with Naomi. She's was awesome. Had to call to change my appointment and was delighted by the service again. 2nd time in two years I've used David's Bridal. Once in Delaware, once here in San Diego. Both times I was very pleased with price, selection, customer service and professionalism. Definitely recommend to my friends.
I had the best experience the last time I went. Ebony was assigned to me and she was so awesome! She took the time to fit me to every single dress I tried on and because of her I got the dress! Every experience wasn't the best because they don't have enough help but all in all it was nice meeting her!
So today I was so excited to come here with some of my bridesmaids and try on dresses!!! It was lovely Ms. Sheria was an amazing stlyist, she helped a lot supper polite and made me and my ladies feel welcomed! But that thing name Stacy!!! She rude and disrespectful I don't know if it's a race thing or if ahe was having a bad day but the attitude she displayed today was uncalled for and just plain rude!! David's Bridal in Monroeville is customer-focused, cheerful and helpful. In my first experience back in November, for my appointment, I was assigned Kara Jo and I can't imagine having anyone else. She was the perfect sales associate-- so sweet, kind, knowledgeable, a very hard and fast worker to find the perfect items and make the most of our visit. I went in there Yesterday and Found The dress I have wanted for My Daughters Wedding immediately.. The Sales Associate was wonderful and Gave me the Correct Size immediately... I tried it on Myself .. By myself... Another Associate Took Over Where the Original had gotten busy with Someone Else.... The Second Associate Ended up Being Rather Rude and " Short"... But My dress was On Clearance so I was extra Happy and The Cashier was Wonderful and Very Approachable... So This is one Stress that I dont Have to worry About
Thank you to Michelle who was very patient and knew exactly what I wanted. She brought in 5 dresses and after the 3rd one I knew I had to have it. She definitely provided great customer service!
Loved my gal who helped me. She was so sweet and tried so hard to pick something I like. Wish they had a better selection, since I actually found my dress elsewhere. Still a great experience.
