Holly was SO amazing and catered to all of my needs during my bridal appointment. She went out of my to provide me with the best experience possible. She literally ran around the store pulling dresses for me and even assisted me even though my scheduled appointment time was over. Wonderful store with great selection.
I had a wonderful experience at David's Bridal in Robinson. Sarah B. was my stylist and she was great. Even though she was also assisting another bridal party at the same time of my appointment, I never felt neglected, ignored, or rushed. I walked in with some ideas of what I was looking for and she pulled what they had available and also helped find similar ones that might work. I had a great experience, and yesterday said yes to a dress. I made 3 visits total as i could not make a decision. The first visit was with Michael he was so Amazing made me feel comfortable and put up with my parents and bridesmaids who had tons of critique. He was so patient and gave so many options. I really loved today at David's Bridal!! I don't wear dresses much but a wedding dress was one that I've always wanted to be beautiful in!! I found the most gorgeous dress all thanks to the help of the dress associate Amber! She really helped me out to become the beautiful bride for my special day!!
I had an amazing experience today at David's Bridal. Ame was AMAZING and so helpful. It mint a lot have my little cousin and grandmother there with me today and she went out of her way to make them feel special also. Even letting Emi try on her bridesmaids dress.
I took my daughter to the Rockville store to get a prom dress. They have a great selection and we found a lot to try on. Unfortunately the girl who was supposed to help us (we had an appointment) never came back to see if we needed anything after she showed us to the changing room. We could have used some help. Luckily after about 30 minutes Chrystal showed up and really helped us a lot. She was taking care of two or three customers at the same time and handled it so well.
