I got to attend my daughter's apt here to pick out her wedding dress. We had Sarah and she was amazing. She didn't stop trying to find that perfect dress for my girl. Then she found that one that brought almost the whole team over and it was the one.. The jaw dropper.. She Rung Her Bell! Went there today to go prom dress shopping. Beautiful prom dresses cost a lot but they had good deals today. I got a beautiful $400 dress for $300 with a shutterfly $20 card. They have beautiful dresses and are very helpful✔
My daughter picked out three prom dresses she liked on the David's Bridal website. We went to the Johnson City store in search of the one. We were greeted by their friendly staff and Emily S. was assigned to us as our designer. She helped my daughter find two of the dresses and looked in their system and made a call to see if the one my daughter really wanted was available anywhere else. My daughter selected her dress and we were in and out in 30 minutes. THANK YOU Emily S. & THANK YOU David's Bridal!
The receptionist was very rude but my Consultant was everything..... She helped me to choose from a variety of dresses till we found a very good possibility ..... And I absolutely loved her reassurance of the guarantee date....
Took my stepdaughter in yesterday to prom shop. We had been to several other stores/malls with no luck and no service. By 6:00PM our expectations were low. Chloe renewed our faith in professionalism. Despite it clearly being a very busy day for the store she treated us like we were the only people. She had great suggestions and was so patient. We found the perfect dress and are thrilled that it will be altered right at the store. Thanks for such a great experience!!!
I visited David Bridal's in Madison today, bought a dress, only because Susan jones consultant took her time did not rush and picked out the right dress for me, if it had not been for Susan jones, I would have walked out today, one of the staff members was completely rude to her when trying to help me try on dresses! If you do go to davids 100% ask for her! Only will ask for her next time I go, Susan actually gave me her cell, she will help you! Thank you again Susan
