RecommendedI visited David Bridal's in Madison today, bought a dress, only because Susan jones consultant took her time did not rush and picked out the right dress for me, if it had not been for Susan jones, I would have walked out today, one of the staff members was completely rude to her when trying to help me try on dresses! If you do go to davids 100% ask for her! Only will ask for her next time I go, Susan actually gave me her cell, she will help you! Thank you again Susan
Shout out to Kelly S who was A TON of help for me and my bridesmaids. She was patient, helpful, and had great suggestions! I was a little disappointed that some of the dresses I like online were not in store, however they do have a pretty big selection. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Kelly S and FVH Davids bridal to my friends and family.
Would highly recommend- I have had such a difficult time finding my dress, until I came to this David's Bridal. I had such a wonderful experience here. Even though they were really busy since it was a day during the weekend, my consultant Kristina D. was fantastic!!! She really made me feel the way a bride should. I thought they had beautiful gowns to chose from. My daughter found what she wanted. The only thing we didnt like, was the wait time. We waited around 45 minutes, before we were tended to. The lady was very helpful though. No complaints about her.
Today my best friend and I went to start the long search for her wedding dress. What we thought was the start of a long and stressful process turned into us finding the perfect dress for her! The experience was off the charts amazing. Everyone in the store was warm and welcoming and our consultant was even better.
