I purchased my bridal gown today and had a wonderful experience. Komissa helped me put together exactly the dress I envisioned. Everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful which really made it a very positive and pressure free environment. Thank you Komissa!
Sheila was so helpful! I really wanted one dress in particular but the samples they have in all the local stores are too big. When I went to go try it on for the third time Sheila was my consultant. She took the time to clip me in properly and helped get all the accessories so in could really envision what I would look like purchase the dress. Had a wonderful experience at the Paramus store. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for dresses.
After two visits, I found the perfect dress, but in the wrong color. They ordered the right color for me. Once it was altered it for like a glove. I feel they go above and beyond to try to make each bride or bridal party feel extra special.
My future husband told me we are getting married for your birthday.....7 days before THE DAY!? So I ran to David's Bridal and I was treated like a Queen!!!!! Bridget and Ruba gave me the the most thoughtful, kind, patient one on one service and they never looked at me like I was crazy for my rush LOL! They are the kind of customer service specialists that will make everyone want to shop at this location. Please. Give these girls a raise they make the bride feel like the only bride in the world�����
Excellent experience so far. Ordered 6 bridesmaid dresses as well as my wedding gown. It only took 1 month for my gown to come in as well as I decided to do some custom alterations. The dress has turned out amazing! Also, one of the bridesmaid dress has only taken a month to come in. Highly recommended.
