While I did find the dress I wanted there were times I felt I was an inconvenience. The over all experience was okay and the staff did help me with finding the one and having it within my budget. I can't wait to get my dress and have it fitted!
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding dress at David's Bridal in Fort Collins! We traveled from out of town, and I wasn't very optimistic about finding my dress. We made an appointment for 3/5 for wedding dress and my bridal party. Our consultant was Jennifer D. She was fantastic! They were very busy for a Sunday and she was still very attentive!
I went to David's Bridal with my sister, daughter and mother yesterday (3/5/17)and did not have an appt. Katie took my information and told me my consultant would be right with me. My consultant Hope walked right up to me and the rest is history. Hope was very informative, kind and very patient. I said "Yes" to the HOPE dress. I made an appointment over the phone, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived a few min early and looked around, we had tried on about 100 prom dresses in total. Amy Pride was our consultant, she was absolutely awesome!!!!! We explained that we tried on our own to find dresses with no luck. Amy said can I go pick out a few that I think would be a good fit, we said yes, the choices Amy came back with were nothing like we had tried on before. The staff, namely Michelle, was very resourceful, attentive and pleasant to work with. She knew just what to do and to suggest. She was so very accommodating to our large group. She pushed our bride to just outside her box to make sure what she liked and didn't like and our beautiful bride found a perfect dress. Thank you.
