My experience was top notch! Macey worked very diligently to help me find the dress of a lifetime! I felt like I was the only girl in the place although there were hundreds! This is how a bride should feel on her special day! Thank you for making me feel special and look beautiful!
Went to shop for a wedding dress for my sister last week. Stacie helped us and did a wonderful job! She brought out five dresses that were similar to the description my sister gave her and well within our budget. We tried on more dresses but found the perfect one in that first set of five! Also, I loved the variety of sizes available to try on in the store. No body shaming going on, lots of stuff for all body sizes.
Loni was absolutely phenomenal. Very helpful and kind. She helped me get in the zone and not become overwhelmed. The entire staff made me feel like a princess when I picked my dress �
Had a great service recovery experience last Friday at David's Bridal. Juana, my sales associate & Mary, the manager ensured it was a great experience.
