I am not going to complain about the wait to get set up in a room because it was a Saturday and there were a lot of brides. Yvonne, my stylist, exceeded my expectations. Even though she was busy, she still made me and my party feel like we were the only ones there. She went above and beyond with her customer service and she is extremely knowledgeable. I went into the alterations department today with a HUGE pile of stress and thanks to Serene left with a happy heart and no stress at all. I have been feeling overwhelmed with stress over the fact that I had put on weight since 2 pregnancy losses and Serene assured me that my dress WILL fit and WILL look beautiful. Liz in alterations was amazing! Very professional, friendly and helpful. I feel like she went above and beyond and did way more than her job. She let my 3 bridesmaids try on dresses while she was doing my alterations, gave a lot of helpful advice. She helped me pick out shoes and helped us finalize our bridesmaid dress colors. I left there feeling like I got a lot of stuff done I was so happy! Really thankful I got a great seamstress today Mallory
