They have excellent service and I was very pleased with those who helped be pick out the perfect dress and bridesmaid gowns!
There was another bride scheduled at the same time so I did a lot of waiting... I also had a bridesmaid appt right after and she never even measured or helped us find dresses for them she just focused on the other bride she was helping during my appt
Went on Saturday (2/25/17) with my friend who is getting married in June. Had been looking all over Charlotte for that perfect dress and finally decided to check with this store. They were completely booked but told us we could still look around and if we found something we liked, then we could make an appointment to come back and try it on. The young lady that was at my daughters service made shopping with my daughter since birth! She loves her dress! Thank you so much for making it pleasant!
Friendly staff, had lots of dresses, a few for the style I was looking for but very busy; didn't feel very personal especially for booking an appointment.
