The entire staff was very helpful and pleasant. The best experience I've had in a David's bridal.
Unlike the first one I went to this store was AMAZING! They let us pick out our dresses (more than 5) and even the manager was walking around helping guests! Oh, and even 3 out 5 of my bridesmaids bought their dresses at the same time! I can't tell you how absolutely pleased I was with the treatment!!! Thank you for going above and beyond what I expected!

I had booked an appt online as I live out of town, and I didn't want to not be able to have time set aside to try and find a dress. To be honest, from looking at the dresses on the website(which the website is really not user friendly), I really didn't think I was going to find anything I liked, but I was willing to go look and hopefully find some bridesmaids dresses. The women went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me! At first they could not find the dress I looked for online and I was disappointed. I knew I wouldn't say "yes" to any dress until I seen that one on! After I was 4 dresses is, Carolyn asked to see the dress I had chosen again (I had a picture on my phone) and she said "yup, I knew it, I found that dress and there's only one in the whole store and it's on a mannequin!" My daughter used David's Bridal for her bridesmaids' dresses and I believe all is well with no complications. I on the other hand, mother of the bride am sweating out getting my dress done. Hoping it will be done on time. Will pick it up only a few days before the wedding. My fault but, they said all will be on time.
The David's Bridal in Erie really knows how to make the shopping experience special! We had to change the bridesmaids dresses last minute, due to a style and price change on the website.
