I have to say Deah Smith was awesome. She was very helpful and knew what she was doing. When I first walked into the store no one said anything to me or asked if I need any help. Everyone walked around and acted like they hated to be there. The first thing I like when I walk in is a warm greeting. Usually if I don't get that I leave and shop elsewhere. But Deah turned the experience around for us.
Excellent customer service! I worked with Mrs vander Linde and she brought me such beautiful dresses all within my budget. Didn't push me to a more expensive dress. She helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding! I definitly recommend coming here :)
Went in yesterday with my soon to be sister in law and mother in law, looking for dresses for both me and my sister in law. We got there 45 minutes before our appointment and was able to check in and we got to look around. We got called back for our appointment at 3 o'clock and our stylist Rena was such a professional and a big help. We found my wedding dress on the first try. I went with my sister (the bride) and mother to look at dresses. Lucy was our consultant. After four dresses, we found THE ONE! We are so thrilled and thank everyone - especially Lucy - for such great service.
Came in upset from a bad experience at another bridal store and I have to say this entire staff took care of me and made me feel right at home. They made it such a memorable experience for me. I can't forget a special shoutout to NEEKA! That girl worked so hard finding the perfect dress and making sure I was totally happy. Can't say enough good things about my experience with this team from the owner, to the seamstress, Neeka, down to the greeter who greeted and acknowledged my family from the minute we walked in the door ��

I had such an amazing experience here - after an overwhelming appointment at another Bridal Boutique, I was very happy to be helped by an easygoing girl who made the experience relaxing and fun. I would recommend this place to any bride. I took my Sister here last weekend to try on Maid of Honor dresses as well, and we both had another awesome experience, and the girl who helped us was helping 2 other people and we still felt like we were taken care of. She was organized and attentive, but also gave us space. It was perfect.
