The experience has been good so far. I did not make an appointment for one of my Bridesmaid to try on a dress but they fit us into their busy schedule and treated us like we had an appointment..She kept checking on us making sure we were ok.. No complaints so far and I'm keeping my fingers crossed😊
We had a wonderful experience at David's Bridal yesterday. Our consultant was Brianna B. My daughter told her what she had in mind, and within minutes Brianna had 8 dresses in the fitting room waiting for my daughter. She was amazing. It was as if she knew exactly what my daughter had envisioned. My daughter loved each dress Brianna picked out for her. We were all in tears when she decided on "THE" dress. I had an absolutely wonderful expierience this afternoon at David's Bridal in Arrowhead with Maria as my alterations consultant. She was not only outstanding and knowledgeable of her specialty as a seamstress but she was extremely kind, complimentary and genuinly excited to be doing my wedding dress alterations. I would recommend Maria to everyone and I look forward to going back in to see her for my second fitting. Thank you Maria!!!
I went with my daughter to start looking for her dress. Natalie assisted us at the Ontario store. The experience was so special, the staff was amazing, and the ringing of the bell when she found her perfect dress was something I will remember forever.
It was a wonderful experience. We had no appt and showed up at 10:00 on a Sat morning. They said we could look at dresses and as soon as possible they would be with us. Heather was our consultant and we didn't have to wait long for her. We had a great time and we're able to find a dress for the bride and all the bridesmaids with us. I will be returning for my mother of the bride dress soon.
My consultant was Gabriella and she was amazing. This was my second time getting a dress. I told her what I liked and she picked some amazing dresses. I went back this last weekend to try on my dress again and she helped me pick out shoes and a Vail that looked fabulous with my dress. I can't wait for my dress to come in. I have been to a few David's bridal locations and the service I experienced here was by far the best! I walked in and had limited time to order to my bridesmaid dress. The staff who greeted me was extremely friendly and willing to help and promptly called Shannon to help me find the dress to try on. Shannon was very sweet and complimentary of me trying on my dress, which made me feel great! She helped me through the process of trying on all the way to purchasing and was a pleasure to be around.
