Everyone was great, but I have to give a huge shout out to Alice who was super helpful and kind and so easy to work with! She not only helped with alterations but helped with dress finding and accessories that day! She's kind, helpful, and super fun!
Charlotte helped me find THE DRESS! She was amazing and very helpful! Then she helped dress my bridal party! I'm so excited for the big day all thanks to her!
I have had great experiences at this store expect for today. I had an alternations appointment to make sure my new bra fit with my dress. No new alternations were to be done...I just needed to try the bra they ordered on with my dress. I waited for an hour. Once back there it took me about ten minutes. I am unsure why they kept telling me I must wait.....I must wait when even their alternations guy Isaac said I should have just been able to just come to the back. Love this place! I got my wedding dress from this location and could not be happier. They're so welcoming! I had CHRISTINA and loved her so much I came back and asked to have her when I ordered my dress. They have more to look through than any other David's I've been to and their customer service is out of this world.
