My daughter just recently purchased her prom dress here. Everyone was so kind and attentive! We had an issue with another dress we had bought at another David's Bridal location, and when I mentioned the dress, one of the manager's offered to help us with our issue in her store!! They really went above and beyond what we expected!!
I enjoyed my experience. I came in prepared with several dresses already in mind. Elisse was super knowledgeable and helpful. I went in the dressing room with 6 dresses and found MY DRESS. Also found a beautiful dress for my daughter, my JR Bridesmaid. Only thing that I had to complain about was how extremely busy it was, but that's expected for a Saturday afternoon.
I had Ariel as my stylist and she was awesome. She and my husband colluded to put me a dress outside of my comfort zone and it was the perfect dress. Would go back in a heart beat- hopefully for my daughter's wedding.
Had Kerstin today while trying on wedding dresses!! She was amazing and totally was the best person for our sassy group! She was super fun and made the whole experience awesome!! Purchased my dress and all my girls found theirs!! It was awesome!! Thanks for making the experience so easy and fun!!
